洗袋清洗風(fēng)干流水線有滾筒洗袋機(jī)、提升機(jī)、振動(dòng)篩、風(fēng)干線、破袋挑選機(jī)五臺(tái)設(shè)備組成，首先將物料直接倒入破袋挑選機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行破袋挑選，然后進(jìn)入到洗袋機(jī)內(nèi)由前半段加洗液清洗，采用循環(huán)水泵，蒸汽加熱系統(tǒng)，變頻調(diào)速、自動(dòng)控溫，清洗后進(jìn)入清水噴淋區(qū)，清洗干凈后直接進(jìn)入振動(dòng)篩，由振動(dòng)篩將大部分水珠震動(dòng)掉后進(jìn)入風(fēng)干線，風(fēng)干完畢后直接裝箱即可。

1、洗袋風(fēng)干流水線第一步是通過(guò)破袋挑選機(jī)對(duì)包裝袋進(jìn)行挑選，將破損的包裝袋給挑選出來(lái)。設(shè)備架體采用不銹鋼304材質(zhì)，不銹鋼輸送網(wǎng)帶。物料倒進(jìn)破袋挑選機(jī)，利用水的浮力進(jìn)行破袋的挑選，同時(shí)具有均勻布料的功能。

2、洗袋風(fēng)干流水線第二步是滾筒式洗袋機(jī)，通過(guò)提升機(jī)將產(chǎn)品提升至洗袋機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行洗袋。采用循環(huán)泵高壓噴淋清洗，然后物料進(jìn)入下一環(huán)節(jié)清水噴淋清洗。螺旋出料進(jìn)入振動(dòng)篩。

4、洗袋清洗風(fēng)干流水線的第四步是進(jìn)入到風(fēng)干線進(jìn)行風(fēng)干，首先前半部分通過(guò)大功率高溫風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行風(fēng)干，后半部分是高溫烘干，將產(chǎn)品表面殘留的最后一點(diǎn)水分給烘干掉。常溫風(fēng)干段各風(fēng)機(jī)可獨(dú)立控制，客戶可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品干燥程度自行控制風(fēng)機(jī)個(gè)數(shù)，降低能耗。高溫烘干段采用蒸汽盤管加熱，烘干包裝袋外表吹干水珠后的潮氣，同時(shí)為了保證低溫天氣水份蒸發(fā)慢時(shí)的風(fēng)干效果。

4. The fourth step of the bag-cleaning and air-drying line is to go into the main line for air drying. First, the first half of the product is air-dried by a high-power high-temperature fan, and the second half is high-temperature drying to dry the last bit of water remaining on the product surface. Each fan can be independently controlled in the air drying section at normal temperature. Customers can control the number of fans according to the drying degree of the products to reduce energy consumption. The high-temperature drying section is heated by steam coil, and the outer surface of the drying bag is dried to dry the moisture after the water drops. At the same time, in order to ensure the air drying effect when the water evaporates slowly in low temperature weather.
